They turned up nice and early which was appreciated as it was one less thing to worry about. As we had a garden reception their marquee fit right in and was very well presented and tidy. The guys were really friendly and we received compliments all round from our wedding guests who even came back for seconds - all empty plates! We had a big classic hog roast at our Leeds wedding in early March and it was just fantastic! The meat was absolutely delicious, and the bride and groom got the pigs cheeks which were to die for! All guests were very happy and very well fed. We did a "cutting the pig" instead of "cutting the cake" which was really fun. If you do this, I recommend bringing aprons and maybe a sword as we do wish now we'd had a sword one something more ceremonial. The team were so friendly and helped contribute to a fun positive atmosphere. Thank you so much for helping to make our day so special. Oh and having the pork leftovers the next days was a perfect hangover cure :)
